What you log on Biomarkd is health data. It is shown to you and nobody else, and nothing in it leaves this site unless a setting you switched on says so.
What is kept
Your account. Your ClackID id, a copy of your email address and your timezone. ClackID signs you in; Biomarkd never sees a password.
Sessions. A fingerprint of the cookie that keeps you signed in, and when it expires. Never your IP address or browser.
Deleting it
Deleting your account in Settings removes all of it at once.
